LATAM Customer Analysis

We helped an renowned, international company devise their LATAM marketing strategy. Using data science and market research, we identified where their customers could be found, discussions the customers were having and their ideal customer profile.  We then analysed local market trends and business customs which gave our client a comprehensive understanding of who their target customers are, where to find them and how to target them.  This allowed them to sucessfuly enter the LATAM region.

E-learning Platform: User Research

We succesfully worked with a leading e-learning platform to help them understand their customer profiles.  We conducted and analysed 10-20 semi structured customer interviews which allowed our client understand why customers use their platform, what online content they consume and any potential feedback they had. These insights were then used by the client for their marketing strategy.
